Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, your due date or baby’s age (optional), and your message. We do not collect this information anywhere else on the site, and we don’t use tracking cookies or analytics.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to move forward, to schedule and provide postpartum doula services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We will never add you to a mailing list or send you marketing email without your explicit consent, in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

How your message is delivered

Contact form submissions are sent using Resend, an email-delivery service, solely to deliver your message to our inbox. Resend processes this data only to transmit the email and does not use it for any other purpose.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing hello@dreambabynewborncare.com.
